Privacy Policy

Awkward Elevator ("the game") is made by Oktay Dak, an independent developer ("I", "me"). In short: the game collects no personal data. It has no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no tracking. Your progress stays on your device, and Apple handles the one optional purchase.
1. Data stored on your device
The game saves your settings (music, sound effects, vibration and voices on/off), your progress (unlocked floors, stars, high scores, coins and shop upgrades) and whether you own the Full Game (a yes/no flag) only on your device. This data is never sent to me or to any server. Deleting the game deletes it. You can also erase your progress at any time in Settings → Reset Progress; this does not remove a purchase.
2. In-app purchase
Floors 1-3 are free; the optional Full Game purchase unlocks the remaining floors. Payment is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. I never see or store your payment details, name, Apple Account or purchase history. The game only asks the App Store whether the Full Game is owned on your account (for example when you tap Restore Purchase) and remembers the answer on your device. See Apple's Privacy Policy.
3. App updates
When the game starts, it may contact Expo's update service (EAS Update, operated by 650 Industries, Inc.) to download bug-fix updates. That request contains only the technical information needed to deliver the right update, such as the app version and platform, plus the network address every internet request has. I don't receive or store it, and it isn't used to identify or track you. See Expo's Privacy Policy.
4. What the game does not do
- No accounts or sign-in; no name, email, contacts, location or photos are collected.
- No device permissions are requested (no microphone, camera or location).
- No ads, no advertising identifiers, no analytics or crash-reporting services.
- No tracking across other companies' apps or websites, and no data is sold or shared.
5. Children
The game does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13.
6. Your rights
Because I do not collect personal data, I hold nothing to access, correct or delete. Purchase data processed by Apple is covered by Apple's policies. For any question, contact me and I will help.
7. Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new effective date.
